This lot which is larger than many at Lake LeAnn is fairly dense with a variety of trees and vegetation. Although fairly level, it appears to sit high in the area. If you build a home, you may be able to see the water at certain times of the year. There is presently a vacant lot on either side of this land. Lake LeAnn has two lakes which, although you cannot go by boat from one to the other, you can use both if you own land at the lake. The great thing about Lake LeAnn is that, for a minimal fee you can rent a mooring site each year and leave your boat in the water all summer.
